How much does a bail bond cost?

The price will depend upon how much the bond is set for. It will also depend on failure to appear history and what county the bond is located in. The fee that is paid to us to post the bond is called a premium fee. This fee is non-refundable.

Can a defendant go out of town while on bond?

The defendant will have to get permission from the bonding office in writing before attempting to do so. If the court has given you direct instructions not to leave the state or country you must then get permission from the bail agent and the court before leaving. Otherwise you are subject to arrest.
